You can get diamonds by completing Knutt Knight quests. You aren't guaranteed a diamond by completing a quest, but it happens often. However, to be able to successfully complete Knutt Knight quests, you will need a decent battle pet (mine is currently 160 statted), and a good deck of trading cards. If you don't have these, you will have to buy the diamonds from usershops.
